Since law school, Jeff has served as a judicial law clerk, prosecutor, defense attorney, and civil litigator in both state and federal courts. Jeff’s skills and experience have prepared him to: 

  • Draft transactional documents including purchase agreements and other contracts
  • Litigate civil cases involving real property, commercial transactions, probate, torts, and administrative law
  • Counsel clients throughout all stages of the litigation process, from initial consult through appeal
  • Represent plaintiffs and claimants in personal injury cases
  • Prepare and present persuasive arguments before trial and appellate courts
  • Help clients understand complex legal issues
  • Provide creative solutions to clients

Jeff attended Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC and then earned a Master of Divinity degree from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. He graduated summa cum laude as part of the inaugural class at Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, VA. He is admitted to practice law in South Carolina and Georgia as well as the Federal District Courts of South Carolina, Northern District of Georgia, and Southern District of Georgia. He has also been admitted to practice law in the Federal Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits.
