As a political science major, Mr. St. Clair discovered how law could shape history and affect lives, inspiring him to pursue a career in law. Supported by years of expertise, he excels today as a co-managing partner of Fowler St. Clair, PLLC, where he focuses on real estate, estate planning and business matters. Additionally, Mr. St. Clair established Missional Law, a nonprofit organization that aims to protect human rights and obtain justice for vulnerable and marginalized individuals on a local and worldwide scale.
During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. St. Clair garnered valuable experience in attorney positions with Tiffany & Bosco, Davis Miles PLLC and the Lassiter Law Firm, as well as a law clerk with the Arizona Court of Appeals. In a career suffused with highlights, he is most proud to have assisted clients in buying and selling properties that would not have closed had it not been for his help. Mr. St. Clair was also recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year through the AZ East Valley Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors®.
Mr. St. Clair earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Chapman University before receiving a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law in 2002. With a plethora of knowledge at his disposal, he has given countless real estate and estate planning related presentations, including “What Every Real Estate Agent Should Know About Arizona’s Anti-Deficiency Statutes,” “Dealing with Distress: Managing Risk in Today’s Market,” “Disclosure for Today’s Real Estate Agent” and “Mission Impossible: Understanding Title and Probate Issues that Impact Closing.” In the near future, Mr. St. Clair aspires to double the size of his firm and focus his practice exclusively on title remediation work. With Missional Law, he plans to seek out a colleague in Malawi, Africa, who can serve as its director.
