Dustin Schanaker

 

Having gained valuable experience in business, probate, and real estate law, Dustin incorporates his background in business to provide unique solutions to difficult problems. His clients include national credit unions, veterans, contractors, business owners, young families, and individuals.  Every client is provided with a thorough understanding of the law and exceptional service as he helps them navigate their unique legal problems.

 

 

Dustin also enjoys educating others on many of the legal problems that individuals (realtors, legal document preparers, or consumers) may encounter. 

 

Dustin is admitted to practice before the State and Federal courts (including Bankruptcy Court) in Arizona.

 

He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Magna Cum Laude from California Baptist University. 

 

At Liberty University, he completed his dual degree, receiving both his J.D. and his M.B.A. in 2014.  That same year, Dustin was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona. 

 

During law school, Dustin was recognized by the American Bar Association as Mediation Competition Regional Runner-up and ranked in the top 15 in the Nation.  

 

While Dustin strives for excellence and integrity in the practice of law, he carries these traits over to his personal life where he spends his free time with his growing family and volunteering in his local community.
