Brian Locker
Maneuvering through the complex web of various legal issues can be daunting, but Brian Locker thrives in that environment.
As a Partner at Fowler St. Clair, Brian has significant experience in the areas of business, real estate, and general civil litigation. With a focus in both litigation and transactional matters, Brian combines his willingness for aggressive representation and solution-oriented dispute resolution to obtain the best results for his clients.
Litigator
As a litigator, Brian has successfully represented businesses and individuals on a wide range of issues. From land use to construction defects; water rights to breach of contract; landlord-tenant to creditor’s rights (and almost everything in between).
Brian’s experience enables him to effectively and aggressively pursue or defend litigation matters throughout Arizona and Georgia.
Brian runs the Alpharetta, Georgia offices of Fowler St. Clair.
Counselor
Brian also provides strategic advice and general legal counsel for small to medium-sized business throughout Arizona. Brian began his career as in-house counsel for a large-scale dental practice in the Phoenix area.
While there, his responsibilities included strategic business planning for expansion and development; lease, vendor, and general contract negotiation as well as insurance dispute resolution.
At Fowler St. Clair, Brian leverages this wealth of knowledge to provide informed advice and strategy to business owners in Arizona.
Problem Solver
Brian has a proven track record in the area of alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”). While in law school, Brian was ranked by the American Bar Association as one of the top-20 student negotiators in the nation, two years in a row. As an attorney,
Brian has built on that level of success, having obtained many positive resolutions for his clients through ADR that otherwise would have led to protracted and expensive litigation or judgment and collection.
Educator
Brian enjoys sharing the knowledge he has gained with others, teaching classes on real estate topics such as landlord/tenant law, Arizona anti-deficiency statutes, short sales, and foreclosures, as well as litigation and civil procedure. Brian currently teaches the following classes:
