An eloquent and experienced advocate for clients
Ben has extensive experience in the areas of criminal law, civil defense and family law, having conducted over 100 bench trials and jury trials in the state of Arizona. To Ben, the goal is not just to win the case, it’s to win the case while providing superior, personalized advocacy for each and every client.
Because each case is different, the ability to help a client depends on individual strategy for their given situation. This is where Ben shines; he has the willingness, the competence, and the experience to see beyond the legal terms and get to the heart of each client’s goals, both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Ben’s experience as a law clerk for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in Arizona gives him a unique perspective on cases: the ability to see the case from the side of the prosecutor. His work in civil litigation and medical malpractice have provided him extensive opportunities to work within the Arizona judicial system.
Ben has a broad understanding of the law, and his persuasive yet eloquent manner has given him a reputation as a bold and capable advocate for clients. Ben has worked with a variety of clients on a vast array of case proceedings, including:
- On behalf of medical professionals and clinics in malpractice cases
- Child custody and child support issues
- Divorce proceedings
- Emergency family hearings
- Solicitation and prostitution
- White collar crimes
- Probation violation
Ben received his J.D. from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College, graduating in just three years, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science. Ben’s passion and commitment to being an advocate for the people gave him the drive to perform above and beyond as he earned his law degree, and Ben uses that same passion and commitment as he develops a personalized strategy for your criminal, family or civil defense case.
