For nearly ten years, Brian has dedicated himself to the practice of real estate disputes and civil litigation. With a focus on real estate litigation matters, Brian combines his willingness for aggressive representation and solution-oriented dispute resolution to obtain the best results for his clients.
Brian is also a certified real estate instructor in the state of Arizona and regularly teaches classes for licensed agents on a variety of issues, including liability, disclosure and legal duties owed to clients.
